« on: February 17, 2013, 11:44:53 PM »I have 1mb fixed line connection on fiber optics. Browsing is painfully slow and disconnections are frequent. Whenever I complain to 1218, I have to wait many minutes before the call is picked up. Then they ask me look at my computer configuration, the splitter, check my modem adapter and whatnot.
Finally they tell me that mine is a shared connection, it is peak load time (even if it is 4 a. m.), and that if I want faster speeds I should get a better connection.
