Nowadays, a single source of income is not enough to make the both ends meet. That is why it has become necessary for both men and women to work in order to live a respectable life.

How about women staying at home, doing the cooking, taking care of family?

Free of cost. Women aren't paid anything for the work they do at home.

Hmm . . . essentially that's true.

Most women who work, still do that, and do it gratis.

That is so right. All the labour that a woman puts in the housework is free, and very often unacknowledged and unappreciated.

What about sex, the bearing and raising of children? Wives also provide these services, and gratis.
